The Puff Collection has been an exploration into my way of framing fiber art and combining my love of fiber with a love for all things vintage - especially vintage metal

Embroidered Owl | Shimmery Green Abstract_Woven The Puff Collection has beenYears ago, I made some embroidered brooches in these beautiful wooden frames sourced from a couple who makes them by hand (!!!). Although I loved them, I hadn't made more after that first batch. Now I'm playing with some of their newer frames like this stunning two tone owl! I stitched the center in my favorite French Knots and used a vintage bowl in a fun, chunky Teak as the outer frame. I love how the outer frame helps accent the mix of woods
